The reactor chiller is primarily used for cooling and temperature reduction in chemical reactors (chemical heat exchangers), promptly removing the massive heat generated by chemical reactions to achieve cooling (temperature reduction), thereby improving product quality.

Features of the Reactor Chiller:
Equipped with a horizontal shell and tube condenser and a shell and tube evaporator, featuring a simple structure, stable heat exchange, and convenient maintenance.
The unit control system uses imported PLC programmable controllers, with a human-machine interface configured with a large touch screen, offering a simple and elegant interface that is intuitive and easy to operate.
The reactor chiller includes reliable safety protection devices, including: high and low pressure protectors, exhaust overheat protector, compressor motor overheating protector, overload current protector, antifreeze temperature protector, water flow protector, emergency stop switch, temperature-sensitive fusible plug, safety valve, etc.
The main compressors are from brands such as Germany's Bitzer, the USA's Copeland, and Taiwan's Hanbell; imported semi-hermetic screw compressors or fully hermetic scroll compressors are used as the refrigeration main unit.
1. Refrigeration components and electrical parts such as expansion valves, filters, high and low pressure gauges, and solenoid valves are all brand products, ensuring low failure rates and long service life.
2. Equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, capable of controlling water temperature within +3°C to +45°C.
3. All controls are located on the front of the chiller; simply press the switch, adjust to the desired temperature, and it operates automatically, making it simple and fast.
4. Utilizes copper pipes, specially designed and manufactured condensers and evaporators, offering high heat dissipation and a compact size, significantly enhancing the chiller's cooling efficiency.
